Surface conditioning discs may be used for removal of previous coats of paint, rust, oxides and coatings for proper preparation of aircraft surfaces prior to painting. Pan American Tool's line of surface conditioning disks come in a large variety of sizes, grits and colors. Super grade premium cut-off wheels and resinoid cut-off wheels offered in 3 inch and 4 inch diameter with a variety of thickness and grades. When matched with our Nova pneumatic tool line of quality orbital sanders and grinders - including Nova straight grinders, Nova 90º grinders, Nova 3-1/2 inch and 5 inch extended long reach grinders and Nova pencil grinders - your aviation toolkit is complete.

Nova Pistol Grip Drills are available in a variety of speeds and torque as well as chuck size and design. For use in applications such as general drilling, reaming and screw removal. Nova pistol grip drills are ergonomically designed, featuring a Hogue grip for comfort and function, reducing user fatigue. The tools have a rear exhaust with bronze muffler, hardened alloy-steel planetary gears and heavy duty motor cylinder and rotor. Grease fittings in the motor housing and head provide for easy lubrication and smooth, quiet operation. Engineered to be used in combination with Pan American Tool's threaded shank adapter drills, insert bits, and composite cutting tools for many drilling applications.
